On Friday, March 21, the girls varsity tennis team played home against St. John Paul II. After a month of just practicing, the Lady Marauders came back and dominated the court. Each girl or pair won their set, ending with a score of 7-0 and adding to their record to 6-0.

Middle schoolers Allison Daniels and Ruby Tang both won their set 8-0. Then, senior Megan Vegas and freshman Autumn Daniels also won their 8-0. These were the Marauders four single matches out of the eight girls in total.

Two sets of doubles played in the match, adding to the winning sets the Marauders had already won. Middle schoolers Charlee Murray and Ava Wenledger won their set 8-5, and Sophomores Antonia Nowels and Meghan Lawler won their set 8-0.

The Marauders showed up and showed out, leaving with their heads held high. The girls will next play on March 29 in the Battle in Tally at Tom Brown Park, excited to add to their unbreakable winning streak.
