1. Stripes

Fun patterns have always been a staple in spring wardrobes, but this spring, stripes are going to be the most common pattern. They can be paired with solid pieces or mixed with other patterns like polka dots to spark interest in outfits and catch eyes.

2. Pastels

Any color from baby pink to butter yellow to lavender, pastels are in for the spring. This year’s trend of pastel shades contradicts last year’s vibrant colors, creating soft looks that allow people to accessorize more.

3. Maximalist Accessories

Whether it be large bags or chunky jewelry, accessories will be a main focus of many outfits this spring. Some popular types of accessories are hats, jewelry stacks and funky sunglasses. Accessorizing adds fun elements to the outfit and elevates the look.

4. Sheer Fabrics

The layering of loose, sheer fabrics was seen on many spring 2025 runways. These can be long sheer skirts or dresses over slips, or sheer shirts over tank tops. Sheer fabrics allow people a break from the heat while staying mostly covered.

5. Soft Boho

Going along with the soft feel of the pastels and the flowiness of sheer fabrics, the boho aesthetic is going to be a large trend this spring. It involves beachy cuts, loose materials and neutral colors.
