Excuse My French
Day one of Maclay’s French week is a success. Sophomores, Mabry Leger and Ella Tobe, take a picture in front of the French flag showing their appreciation for French culture.

All students from Maclay Upper School indulged in temporary tattoos, pastries, French decorations and music. French week came to a close with free pastries for everyone. See you next year for even more festivities!
Culture Matters

Pâtisseries
Cindy Stockstill, the Maclay French teacher, hands out French foods and pastries to students. “[French] is a minority at Maclay,” Stockstill said. To combat this, she puts on French week to show how active the culture is and what her students love about the French language.
