Jumping for Joy – Junior Aiden Merritt celebrates another goal. “I felt very excited but I was even more excited in the fact that we were one [goal] away from mercy ruling this team who we only beat 3-2 last year,” Merritt said. “I felt proud of my teammates for being able to get the offense going as a lot of them were still getting their first minutes and getting used to the game.” Maclay went on to beat North bay Haven 7-0.
GOAL! – North Bay Haven’s goalkeeper is rooted to the spot as sophomore Zac Scovoto heads the ball into the back of the net. This took Maclay’s total score of the night to seven unanswered goals.
On the run – Senior Charlie Stockstill takes the ball down the right wing for another offensive drive by the Maclay Marauders. While running, he makes sure to keep an eye on his teammates in order to pass the ball at the perfect time.
Controlling the Midfield –  Junior Aiden Merritt controls the flow of play as Maclay continues to dominate possession. North Bay Haven struggled all night to keep possession long enough to impose themselves on the game
The Chase – Junior Mason Singleton digs deep to beat the defenders to the overpass. As he sprints to the ball, he maintains possession and passes the ball to a teammate. He further the play by searching down the field or a teammate to pass it off to.

During Maclay’s game against North Bay Haven, their offense was on point as they were able to keep possession of the ball for an extended amount of time, allowing them to score more goals.
